4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Account Creation

You may register only one (1) account with rp66aa. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited. Each account must be registered in your own legal name and for your personal use only.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other security information. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by rp66aa.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify rp66aa customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

rp66aa will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, rp66aa requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal. You must provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

rp66aa supports deposits via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallet transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be capped at Rp 100,000,000 depending on your payment method and verification status.

Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. rp66aa does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for standard accounts. VIP members enjoy faster processing: Gold tier (6 hours), Platinum tier (3 hours), and Diamond tier (1 hour). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and may be delayed or declined if verification is incomplete or documents are found to be fraudulent.

All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rp66aa reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Withdrawals of bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount (plus deposit, if applicable) before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games vary by provider. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds upon withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

rp66aa offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses without risk (e.g., hedging), or any other activity deemed abusive by rp66aa, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account closure.

rp66aa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games on rp66aa use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent third-party auditors to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules are provided within each game interface and must be reviewed before play. rp66aa is not responsible for player misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

In the event of a software malfunction, network error, or technical glitch that affects game outcomes, rp66aa reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players must report any suspected technical issues immediately to customer support.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your location or identity.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in chip dumping, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity through the rp66aa platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from rp66aa software.

rp66aa employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity at any time. Accounts found in violation of these Terms will be closed, and all funds will be forfeited without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

rp66aa provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rp66aa disclaims all liability for:

• Losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, or data loss.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or platform content.
• Third-party actions, including payment provider delays or bank processing errors.

In no event shall rp66aa's total liability exceed the amount deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rp66aa, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

rp66aa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 months.

Upon termination, your access to rp66aa Services will be revoked, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be refunded to you after deducting any applicable fees. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are subject to a cooling-off period during which the account remains suspended but can be reactivated upon request.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp66aa is licensed. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of rp66aa Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
